RESOLUTIONS RATIFIED AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 23-04-2014

AMENDMENT TO BYE LAW

Resolution No 1 (approved at the ECM dated 03.07.2013) –

                                 Additional Clause to 5 and Clause 8 suggested:

Clause Present Clause Additional Clause
05 (a) Any retired officer of the PNB may be admitted as an ordinary member on payment of monthly subscription and necessary admission fee by the EC (b) An already existing Ordinary Member may continue to be an Ordinary Member without payment of monthly subscription, from the year following the attainment of 80 years.
08 (a) Every member shall pay an admission fee of Rs 100/- and an yearly subscription of Rs 400/- or as may be decided by the EC (e) An already existing Ordinary Member may continue to be an Ordinary Member without payment of yearly subscription or Rs 400/- or as may be decided by EC, from the year following the attainment of 80 years.

Resolved to add the additional clauses as such and implement as suggested above.
